Rosacea treatment creams or gels with antibiotic ingredient are common. A few good examples of good antibiotic creams for rosacea are:

  • Erygel
  • Clinda-Derm
  • Cleocin

You should not just buy any of these unless it was prescribed by your dermatologist. When you notice any of the rosacea symptoms, you must visit your skin doctor. Your dermatologist should be able to help you determine if you have been confirmed to have rosacea. If you do, your skin doctor will definitely prescribe you with the proper and suitable remedy to control your rosacea problem to get to worse. Some derma doctors also recommend gels and creams that have azelaic acid, sulfur, and sodium sulfacetamide contents. However, if your rosacea is really that bad, treatment creams with tretinoin found in creams called Retin-A and Avita, might be recommended.

These creams and gel treatments for rosacea problems actually have side effects, depending how your skin would react to it. So, it is best idea to consult it with your dermatologist. You may have sensitive skin, and you might be allergic to any of chemicals or ingredients found on any of mentioned rosacea creams.

On the other hand, if you do not like to apply creams on your face too much. Then, you can also take oral rosacea medications. Consulting your skin doctor about what is the best treatment for you is best.
